Product information and order checks

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, photographs, prices, stock information, dimensions, materials, specifications, and included components accurate. Lighting, screen settings, and normal manufacturing variation can produce minor differences in appearance or color. Genuine errors can be corrected and product information updated when necessary.

Order submission does not remove the need for reasonable checks of payment, inventory, delivery details, fraud risk, and legal restrictions. Where reasonably necessary, we may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of failed payment, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity, or legal restrictions. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, an appropriate refund is issued to the original payment method.

Payment, totals, and promotions

Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final total are displayed before payment. By providing payment information, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen method.

Offers may specify eligibility, product exclusions, minimum spending, expiry dates, or other stated conditions. Unless an offer expressly provides otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to completed orders.

Delivery and after-purchase arrangements

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains tracking, international delivery, and assistance with delayed or missing parcels.

Eligible products have a 30-calendar-day return window after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before returning merchandise to obtain authorization, instructions, and the correct warehouse address. Cancellation requests should be made within 12 hours after purchase and cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation begins.

Lawful use of the store

Products are offered for lawful use. Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resale schemes, payment abuse, misuse of promotions, interference with website or checkout systems, and other unlawful activities are prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kewwnui™ and Guangzhou Feiran Chunpin Trading Co., Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website, order, or product use. Statutory consumer rights, remedies, warranties, and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
